Yes, we do require a minimum weight — give us a call or request a quote and we'll confirm the minimum for your area.

If the driver informs you that you do not have the required minimum, in fairness to both you and us, you will only be charged the required minimum for your area.

To estimate the weight of your load, we at nopoopstains.com used 13 gallon (home) trash bags full of random clothes such as jeans, shirts, towels, and shorts and each bag weighed approximately between 10-15 lbs. So, roughly 2-3 full bags should typically meet our minimum in certain areas.

Note: This is intended to be only a guideline to estimate the weight of your items. No two bags are alike due to the variety of possible combinations. Your invoice will be updated with an exact total once our drivers return to the facility with your laundry.

We cannot assume responsibility for weak or defective materials. We also cannot guarantee color loss, shrinkage or damage to weak and tender fabrics. For example, glitter, patches, buckles, beads, buttons, belts, and other special items. Special items include, but is not limited to, silk, satin, suede, leather, cashmere, fleece and/or any other delicate fabric.

As a precaution, delicate items will be inspected by us prior to wash; you will be contacted immediately if we have any concerns.

We reserve the right to refuse to wash certain items at our sole discretion. If you should encounter a problem with your item, please contact us within 24 hours of receiving your items. If a problem should arise regarding loss or damaged items, our company’s liability shall not exceed 5 times our charge for processing it.

We offer everything from Tide and Gain to hypoallergenic detergents.

There is no delivery fee. The fee has already been incorporated into our prices which includes both pickup and delivery.

Tipping is not mandatory, however, drivers greatly appreciate it if you do. :)

Our turnaround is typically one to two business days unless otherwise noted by management or the driver.

Yes, we will contact you with the number you provided. This is to ensure that we have your correct information as well as finalizing convenient pickup time. Please be ready to answer your phone when we call.

We glady accept cash, major credit cards, and PayPal (which allows you to complete payments using an ACH check or any credit/debit card).

Yes, after our driver has come back to the facility and we have weighed everything your invoice will be available online.

If this should occur, we could hold your items up to 24 hours. However a $30 re-delivery and $10/day storage fee may apply. To avoid this situation, we would appreciate it if you would call us a few hours before your estimated delivery time to reschedule.

In fairness to our drivers, there will be an additional $30 fee for rescheduling. To avoid being charged an additional fee, we would appreciate it if you would call us at least two hours before your estimated pickup time to reschedule and/or try to check your messages so you can reschedule if you need to.

Once items are picked up, the driver will arrange an estimated delivery time most convenient for you.

When your items are done, we will contact you via phone and/or email to remind you of your estimated delivery time.

No one is perfect and accidents can happen of course. In the case you believe something has been returned to you damaged and/or missing, please contact us within 48 hrs so we can help try and resolve the issue. We will do our best to help resolve any issues quickly and fairly. Please note, NoPoopStains has a reimbursement cap of $150.00 per order, however certain circumstances could apply.

When your order arrives at our shop, we'll weigh (if it’s wash and fold laundry) and/or itemize it (if it’s dry cleaning), and then send you the details for payment or charge the card on file.
