No Poop Stains offers convenient fluff and fold laundry services for our customers. Our terms and conditions are an important part of our service and must be followed by all customers. We reserve the right to make changes to these terms and conditions at any time without prior notice.

DELIVERY SERVICE
When your laundry is picked up, our team will provide you with an estimated date and time for delivery of your order. This estimated delivery time is based on our usual processing time, and is intended as a guide. However, please note that unforeseen circumstances such as inclement weather, equipment breakdowns, or increased volume of orders may cause delays in delivery. If this occurs, we will make every effort to contact you as soon as possible to inform you of any changes to the delivery schedule. We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause and we will do our best to get your laundry delivered to you as soon as possible. We appreciate your patience and understanding in this matter.

LOST OR STOLEN BAGS

We provide the utmost care and responsibility when handling our customers' laundry. However, we cannot be held liable for any bags that are lost or stolen once we have dropped off the clothing or other items at the designated location, or if the bags are stolen prior to our scheduled pickup. It is the responsibility of the customer to ensure the security of their belongings during these periods. While we make every effort to maintain a secure environment and follow best practices, we recommend that customers take precautionary measures, such as ensuring the pickup and drop-off locations are safe and secure. By utilizing our laundry services, customers acknowledge and accept that we will not be held responsible, in any way, for any lost or stolen bags.

MISSED PICKUP FEE
It is the customer's responsibility to make sure their laundry bags are ready and visible for pickup. If a pickup is missed by the customer, a $10 service fee will be applied. Our driver will wait for five minutes before moving on to the next pickup destination.

LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
We will not be held liable for any items left with us for more than 7 days and may dispose of them without any liability. Any discrepancies between the number of items dropped off and the number returned, or any damage to an item, must be reported to us in writing through email or our email form, within 24 hours of pickup or delivery.

You acknowledge that there is a risk inherent in our cleaning services and that there is potential for clothing and related items to be lost or damaged. We have implemented measures to prevent such situations from occurring, however, we cannot guarantee that they will never happen. In the event that your clothing or other items are damaged or lost as a result of our fault or that of our team, we will work with you to rectify the situation, provided that you notify us in writing of the issues with your order, along with supporting evidence, within 24 hours of receiving your cleaned items. It's important to note that our liability is limited up to two times the total cost of the order, in total and not in each individual instance.

NO POOP STAINS SHALL NOT BE LIABLE TO THE CUSTOMER FOR ANY INDIRECT, SPECIAL, INCIDENTAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS OR REVENUE, WHETHER OR NOT SUCH DAMAGES WERE FORESEEABLE, OR FOR ANY CLAIM AGAINST THE CUSTOMER BY ANY OTHER PARTY, IN CONNECTION WITH ANY SERVICES PROVIDED BY NO POOP STAINS. THE MAXIMUM LIABILITY OF NO POOP STAINS SHALL NOT EXCEED THE TWO TIMES THE TOTAL COST OF THE CUSTOMER'S ORDER.

THIS LIMITATION OF LIABILITY APPLIES TO ALL CLAIMS, WHETHER BASED ON CONTRACT, WARRANTY, TORT, OR ANY OTHER LEGAL THEORY, AND WHETHER OR NOT NO POOP STAINS HAS BEEN ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES.

PLEASE NOTE THAT SOME STATES DO NOT ALLOW THE EXCLUSION OR LIMITATION OF INCIDENTAL OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES, SO THE ABOVE LIMITATION MAY NOT APPLY TO YOU.

RIGHT TO REFUSE SERVICE
We reserve the right to refuse service to any individual or entity for any reason. We have the right to refuse service to any customer who violates our terms and conditions, behaves in a disruptive or abusive manner, or for any other reason that we deem necessary. This right to refuse service is at our sole discretion and is not subject to appeal or negotiation.

DISCLAIMER
We cannot take responsibility for any weak or flawed materials. We also cannot guarantee that there will be no color loss, shrinkage, or damage to delicate fabrics such as silk, satin, suede, leather, cashmere, fleece, or any other items that are particularly fragile, like glitter, patches, buckles, beads, buttons, belts, and other special items. As a precaution, delicate items will be inspected by us prior to cleaning, and if we have any concerns, we will contact you immediately. We reserve the right to refuse to clean certain items at our discretion. If you have any issues with your items, please contact us within 24 hours of receiving them. Prices are subject to change without notice.
